Cobra in the Grass

This blog won't be the longest of all time. I am in Accra to pick up my sister Stephanie. She will be staying with us for the next 7 weeks, and we are pretty excited about it. 

I stopped the car on the ride over yesterday to use the restroom. I happened to be traveling in shorts and flip flops, because it was a rather warm day. I got almost to my destination which was behind a large tree, when I saw a 6 ft cobra. Thankfully, I saw him before he saw me. I made a run for the car and decided to stay closer to the road. I always look for snakes while in tall grass, but this one time he was there.

Well, headed off the the airport.
